What is Fuzetival?
The concept: bring together all local and regional original acts regardless of genre for one huge day of music. An event owned by the artists, for their fans, period. PROCEEDS BENEFIT THE REFURBISHMENT OF THE HISTORIC BUSHKILL PARK.
How does it work?
Four stages will each be home to twelve acts each - Pop/Rock, Punk/Alt, Metal/Hardcore, and HipHop/DJs, for twelve hours, on twelve acres for twelve bucks. Attendees can also ride rides, eat, check out vendors, the funhouse, cybercoasters and more!
Bushkill Park??
Bushkill Park is a historic amusement park in Easton, PA, behind the Palmer Park Mall. They were chosen for many reasons: the size, their history, and the management's willingness to host an event that's owned by the artists! Bushkill Park is in its 104th year, still going after two major wipeout floods. Some links:You can read more about the FLOOD HERE. More photos can be found at Save Bushkill Park. Lots of pics from right before the flood are ON THIS SITE.

Things are good...

Not sure how to catch you up on 5 or so months, but there's been lots of change. David Gray of GloryFront toured for the first four months of this year in a 19ft Motorhome called the Falcon. There was tons of shit that happened on that tour(Stories, Pics, Parties, etc...) which was written down in blogs on the GloryFront Myspace.com site, where we built a nice little town of sweetass friends who support David Gray of GloryFront. Unfortunetly that site was cancelled w/out any notice or reason why (Appreciate that). So, the blogs that were written on the road were not saved anywhere else and it would take way to much effort rewriting what we think we can remember. So instead we'll remember to save the entries somewhere else just in case. Otherwise, Curbside & David Gray are headed out on the road again for some shows in Sunny Fl. I'll post up links to some new Pics from Philly shows and Parties and to some new live audio from Club 218 on May 26th shortly. Take care and Support your local Songwriters.

Welcome 2005. It's going to be a great year!

Well, we sure started the New Year off with a bang. Glory Front and The Suicide Pact rasied the level of expectation for original music in Philly this past Sunday for Cubside Records first show at CLUB 218 when they blew the roof off the joint. Unfortunatly HELLP was not able to play due to illness, but surely will be back soon to claim their fame. Thanks to all who came out, sure to be an outstanding venue for all to enjoy. Stay tuned to Curbside T.V. for further updates, but for now just sit back an anticipate the release of Curbside's Trail Mix Vol.1.

Bacfrom the road

After 1200 miles, a handful of states, & a few shows, Glory Front has returned to the boro. It was an exciting 10 daysof new places and new faces. We started in Baltimore in the Fells Point area, where we got drunk at Kooper's Tavernwith Eddie the bartender in celebration of his birthday. We went to the Aquarium and saw some live music at the Inner Harbor. Next I played at the Austin Grill in downtown Silver Spring, MD. They had a great turnout and a good vibe. Six miles and 2 and a half hours later we were in D.C. Whoever said it's hard to get around in D.C. wasn't kidding. Good thing Dayna was driving! We went up to the Adam's Morgan part of town on 18th street NW which is a strip of bar after bar after bar. The Staccato Piano Bar looks just like our Khyber. Small, old and perfect for rockin out. I think I got some pictures of the Washington Monument as we drove past it. Next stop North Carolina! If you are ever in Winston -Salem I highly suggest checking out The Rubber Soul Bar. Not only do they have an awesome sound system but PBR bottles are a $1!! Yes, I said BOTTLES for a dollar! Thanks again to the Austin Grill,The Staccato Piano Bar,and The Rubber Soul. Keep a lookout, you never know when GloryFront will be in a town near you.
